The Three Sounds "Su-A-Wa"
Today's lesson concentrates all three sounds in harmony. In this way you can experience how the energy moves from center through awakening/expanding and back to center.
Todays simple practice:
Lie, sit, or stand comfortably. Bring your hands together, palms slightly apart but facing each other, in front of your Tan Den. Take a deep breath into your Tan Den and from here sound the sounds of "Su-A-Wa" until you complete the breath.
Nakazono O'Sensei suggested closing your teeth between each breath while continuing the expiration with the change of sound.
Do this for five minutes. Try to let each sound be equally sustained in comparison to the others.
When you finish, take a moment to experience and note how you feel. How does it compare to yesterday and the days previous?
Thank you for joining me today. Let your day unfold and be present in the moment.
