Self Health Empowerment Exercises - Day 5

"Su" the Sound of Center

Now that you have experienced the vital energy and the connection with your Tan Den with a sound of your choosing, let us discuss the sound of "Su". I am a student of the Kototama philosophy. Kototama roughly translates to "word soul".

The sound vibrations within words have an impact on the energy within and around us. The sound of "Su" feels like a spiral. It is said to be the sound of center, as above so below, as without, so within.

Go into the meditation without expectation. See for yourself how it feels.

Todays simple practice:

Lie, sit, or stand comfortably. Bring your hands together, palms slightly apart but facing each other, in front of your Tan Den. Take a deep breath into your Tan Den and from here sound the sound of "Su" until you complete the breath. Do this for five minutes.

When you finish, take a moment to experience and note how you feel.

Thank you for joining me today. Let your day unfold and be present in the moment.
