Self Health Empowerment Exercises - Day 4

Choose A Sound

Now that you have experienced the vital energy and the connection with your Tan Den we can add sound.

I am a student of the Kototama philosophy. Kototama roughly translates to "word soul". The sound vibrations within words have an impact on the energy within and around us.

Concentrating on sound also helps to occupy our mind while meditating. Today, however, I want you to choose a sound, any sound.

Todays simple practice:

Lie, sit, or stand comfortably. Bring your hands together, palms slightly apart but facing each other, in front of your Tan Den.

Take a deep breath into your Tan Den and from here sound the sound you chose. Let the sound continue as long as you have breath to support it.

Do this for five minutes remembering all that we have thus discussed.
When you finish, take a moment to experience and note how you feel.

Thank you for joining me today. Let your day unfold and be present in the moment.
