WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEMP AND MARIJUANA?
In short, hemp is defined in the 2014 Federal Farm Bill as any part of the Cannabis sativa L. plant, growing or not, that contains less than 0.3% of ∆-9 THC on dry weight basis. Anything else above that 0.3% threshold is considered marijuana.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TEST POSITIVE ON A DRUG TEST FROM USING CHARLOTTE'S WEB PRODUCTS?
Much like the consumption of poppy seeds may lead to a positive drug test for opioids, the consumption of certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is inherently present in trace amounts in hemp plants. The legal limit of THC in hemp is no more than 0.3%. Furthermore, the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids, for example cannabidiol (CBD), when consumed, to other related cannabinoids, for example THC, is not yet fully understood. Although the risk is low, because of individual biochemistry, the possibility of conversion of cannabinoids, and the possibility of trace (but legal) amounts of THC inherent in hemp products, we strongly suggest consulting your healthcare provider before consuming any hemp products if you are subject to drug testing.

ARE HEMP PRODUCTS PSYCHOACTIVE?
No.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
Each person is different and will have a different amount of cannabinoid receptors (CB receptors). Therefore, those with large amounts of CB receptors and an active endocannabinoid system (ECS) might see results immediately, while those people with lower amounts of CB receptors might take up to 4 weeks or more to find the results they are looking for. Since the ECS works on saturation, we suggest starting LOW AND SLOW and after a few weeks, if desired benefits have not been achieved, step up to the next strength or increase suggested serving size.
