Breathe Smoothly

Healing comes from within and is innate to our being.  Your healing capacity can be cultivated.

We will take one aspect of the cultivation practice per day. And in just 21 days you will be better aware of your vital energy that empowers our physical, mental, and spiritual being. Focusing that awareness to spark natural healing will be easier. You will have an easy-to-incorporate healing practice by which you can realize better health.

Todays simple practice:

Lie on your back. Place your hands over your abdomen, just at and below your navel.

Through your nostrils, breathe in a deep breath so that your hands resting on your abdomen rise with the rise of your abdomen. Allow that breath to fill your abdomen and then your rib cage gently.

Release the breath in an easy slow fashion through your nose. If you are unable to breathe through your nose, simply breathe through your mouth with the intention that soon you will be able to practice this through your nose. Practice this five minutes a day.
